Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 8, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all services, retainers, and engagements sold by Konstellis LLC ("Konstellis," "we," or "our"), whether purchased through this website, by payment link, by invoice, or by any other payment method. This policy is incorporated into the Konstellis Master Services Agreement at https://konstellis.com/msa (the "MSA"); in the event of any conflict, the MSA controls.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of Konstellis services, including retainers, fixed-fee engagements, and hourly work, are final at the time of payment. Fees compensate capacity reservation, scoping, preparation, engagement commitment, and work performed, and are earned in full upon receipt. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or exchange, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

2. No Returns

Konstellis provides professional services, not goods. There is nothing to return. Time reserved, work performed, and deliverables provided cannot be revoked or restocked, and no return of any deliverable entitles you to repayment.

3. No Refunds

Konstellis does not provide refunds, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused, expired, or partially used retainer hours
  • Change of mind, change of circumstances, or change of business priorities
  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes, where the services were performed as described
  • Termination, suspension, or cancellation of an engagement before completion

Retainers are non-refundable and are billed in thirty (30) minute increments or part thereof, as stated at the time of purchase. Any refund, credit, or accommodation Konstellis elects to make in any circumstance is at its sole and absolute discretion and creates no precedent, entitlement, or course of dealing.

4. Professional Services Standard

Services are performed with reasonable professional skill and care as provided in the MSA. Konstellis does not warrant or guarantee any particular business result or outcome, and, except as expressly stated in the MSA, disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing on this site or in any engagement constitutes a guarantee of outcome.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge that does not match the agreed price or quantity, or a charge processed without authorization — contact us at support@konstellis.com within thirty (30) days of the charge, with documentation. Billing errors verified by Konstellis will be corrected by refund or credit at Konstellis's election. Dissatisfaction with services, change of mind, or unused hours are not billing errors, and a billing error correction is not a refund of properly rendered services.

6. Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree that this policy was disclosed to you before payment, that all charges made under your engagement are authorized, and that you will raise any billing question under Section 5 before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback on an authorized charge constitutes a breach of the MSA. Konstellis will contest any such chargeback with its contemporaneous records of communications, recordings, and delivery, and may suspend or terminate services pending resolution.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where such a right applies, this policy operates to the maximum extent permitted.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are resolved as provided in the MSA, exclusively in the courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

9. Changes to This Policy

Konstellis may modify this policy prospectively. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and apply to purchases made after that date.
